Summit Properties International (SPI) was founded in 2008, in the depths of the Great Recession, with the vision of making it possible for international investors to own income-producing real estate in the Southeastern US.
Since then, SPI has grown into Summit Properties International, Summit Properties International FL, SPI Property Management and SPI Advisors, with offices in Charlotte, NC and Saint Augustine, FL.

Ms. Brinzey is considered an expert in investment sales, acquisitions and asset management with an emphasis on real estate. Focused on international investors, she has developed a successful proprietary program designed to provide a turnkey solution for foreign buyers looking to invest in the US housing market.
Ms. Brinzey graduated from ORT University (BA Finance) and is a Level II, CFA Candidate. She is a licensed broker in SC and NC. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, with working knowledge of French and Italian.
She is also licensed in FL, and Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB), and Strategic Pricing Specialist (SPS)
